Offering:

• Colt Starting: ($600)

For unbroke babies, restarts, or green horses.

Riders for this class need to be approved by Joe. 

• Horsemanship 1: ($480)

This class is designed for novice riders and/or green horses. Depending on the group, this class may start in the indoor and will move outside under Joe’s discretion. The skills worked on in this class may only require walk/trot.   

• Horsemanship 2: ($480)

This class is designed for more accomplished riders who are comfortable with cantering with the group and possibly galloping exercises in the open field.

Along with your deposit for the clinic these forms need to be filled out and sent to Burnt Meadow.

*If you are unsure of your level, please contact Sherry. Also after the first day Joe may move participants into a different class that may better suit them.

• Spectator Fee: $30 a day

        Bring a chair

        No dogs allowed 

        Five minutes or all day!

        No video taping allowed

        No reservations needed

        All spectator parking will be over the bridge in the field

 

 Ground and Stabling Fees:

Stalls: $30 per day, per horse

• Does not include turnout 
• Grain, Hay and bedding not included
• Please bring your own water buckets
  
• We will be responsible for watering, and staff will feed if you leave grain out.
  

Paddock: $25 per day, per horse

• Three strand electric rope with no shelter
• We will be responsible for watering, and staff will feed if you leave grain out. 

Truck in: $20 per day, per horse

• Does not include use of stalls or paddocks

Once you commit to a stall or paddock you can not change upon arrival.

Directions:

From South~

From Rt 16, take 25 east (heading towards Portland) for about 5 miles, then take Rt 153 North. The farm will be on left 4 1/2 miles down

From North~

From Rt 16 (in Conway) take 153 south at the lights and the farm is 10 miles down on the right
